Does anybody have a reputable car restoration shop in the Allentown, Pottstown, Montgomery/Bucks county area of Pa? I have a 1937 Ford club Coupe that I am trying to keep as close to original as possible. I want a shop that has experience with this kind/vintage of car. Does anybody have experience with Walter Higgins Auto Restoration in Kennett Square, Pa?

I've heard of Pollocks, but don't know them per se. The Model A person who used to be in Downingtown went there I believe.

There is a shop in Hanover, Pa known as Bad Donkey Hot Rods that does excellent work. They were mainly into building hotrods, but in the last 5/6 years have turned out 4/5 Dearborn award winning early Ford V-8's for members of our RG36 in Maryland. http://www.google.com/search?biw=1280&bih=800&ei=AS4wWoLOJISIggesjI2gCA&q=Bad+Donkee+Hot+Rods&oq=Bad+Donkee+Hot+Rods&gs_l=mobile-gws-serp.3..0.7734.20644.1.22828.18.16.2.0.0.0.402.4731.0j1j8j6j1.16.0....0...1.1.64.mobile-gws-serp..1.17.4964...41j33i160k1j0i22i30k1.0.FS03DltZdiM#trex=m_t:lcl_akp,rc_f:nav,rc_ludocids:6258891257071654675,rc_q:Bad%2520Donkee%2520Hot%2520Rods%252C%2520537%2520Old%2520Westminster%2520Rd%252C%2520Hanover%252C%2520PA%252017331,ru_q:Bad%2520Donkee%2520Hot%2520Rods%252C%2520537%2520Old%2520Westminster%2520Rd%252C%2520Hanover%252C%2520PA%252017331&spf=1513107241610 John

Before you put the money down be sure to check the shop out in the archives, here, fordbarn.com and HAMB (https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/). Charlie Stephens

Here are two that I'm aware of in Penna. Fred's Engine Service Misty Patch Rd. Coatesville, Pa. 10320 Fred Seydel 61o-383-7674 Fred just finished a 59 AB for a friend of mine. He's extremely pleased with the work and the price. Stauffer's in Phoenixville are very good as well but I only know them by their reputation.
