Can anyone give me a source where I can purchase an engine stand adapter for a flathead. Instead of securing the motor to the stand on the back of the engine, the engine is secured on the side of the motor. The adapter allows the engine to be rotated. A friend has one and says he got it a few years ago from a manufacturer in California, but doesn't remember the name. And I cannot find one in the catalogs I have. Any help would be appreciated. THANKS!

Just built my own cple wks ago. Drilled holes in a plate, welded plate to a tube, welded on a cple triangle supports on either side of the tube, attached said plate to the header holes and slid the into my engine stand. Works perfectly. Engine rotates smoothly. Was building 2 of, but decided only needed one. Suppose I could finish that one and let it go. Den
