The small fiber axle seals are sold by most reliable vendors. I'm not sure why you don't want to know about sources. We buy those seals by the dozen at cgfordparts.com.

there are three seals: Inner axle housing B-4245, hub to axle bearing race B-1175. and hub to axle, just under the axle nut B-1183. NAPA has seals, as well as nearly all of the bearing retail houses (Bearing Distributors, Applied Industrial Tech, etc.), take the seal in and the diameter of the shaft and they should be able to match.

Here is a link to Yesteryear Ford Parts site. You can view their catalog on line. Page 17 shows the rear axle assembly with basic part numbers on it. See if you can find the P/N that you are looking for. http://www.yesteryearfordparts.com/catalogs.htm

B-4245 is the INNER seal for the axle to the axle housing. The same identical seal is used to seal the drive shaft. If you have a second seal on the outside of the axle housing to the axle it is not from Ford! A seal in this location, as pictured above, would prevent the grease zirk fitting on the 34 axle housing from being able to do it's job, that is to lubricate the rear wheel bearing. It appears the above pictured seal is an aftermarket, Non-Ford item used to quickly repair a leaking inner seal. To get to the inner seal it is necessary to remove the axle housing from the rear end, this is a bit of work, it is located about 4" inside the housing, from the seal pictured.

I had those after market seals on my 39 when I bought it and removed them. I believe the intent was to halt excess gear oil overflow.

The term "axle seals" usually indicates the fiber washers that go behind the axle nuts. The others are "housing seals" and require removing the axle to pull the housings, and s special puller/installer to get the seals in place. Most leakage results from overfilling the rear end. As oil makes its way down the torque tube from the transmission, it raises the level in the rear end. That is why oil usually drains from the filler hole when you check it. Always try to keep the level below the filler hole, and when checking, let the excess fully drain.
