Bob, Any good radiator shop near you can get the cores (two) required for your '40 Ford. The number of vanes will not be identical to the authentic. If I recall, the "new" cores have about one less vane per inch. Drake is advertising complete radiators "soon" in his latest catalog. As 'ol Bob seems to be a different time zone than most of us, I'd hazard to say "soon" may be a year or two. Mike "Kube" Kubarth

Just saw an ad by Brassworks advertising they are now making the Ford split core radiators. Not sure if they buy their cores or make them.

If you have your radiator re-cored, make sure that it has 4 tubes and louvered fins. The louvered fins duplicate the action of the Ford fins in keeping the air in contact with the tubes longer.
