I am looking for a 1968 Ford Ranchero fuel tank. I is my understanding this is a one year tank. Anybody know where I might buy one?

fuel tank replacement ? I would go to EASTWOODS WEB site, they have a FUEL TANK repair Poducts to save your tank, it is possible, and save BIG MONEY, even if you are LUCKY ENOUGH to FIND ONE, I just did a 64 CJ JEEP, this summer, saved $200.00 plus and it will fit because it came out, some repros are not EXACTLY the same and need adapting, fuel lines, sending units, ETC my 2 cents, 37Ragtopman

Hello flatfoot. Happy New Year. You might try contacting Desert Valley Auto Parts on 21st Avenue in Phoenix AZ. They have what appears to be a mostly-complete 1968 Ranchero in their yard (see web site for photos). DVAP vehicle i.d. number is 68FT2706B. The toll free phone number is 800-905-8024. All the best to you and yours in 2022. .
