I am in the process of pulling the engine in my 50 car. This sounds like a simple task, however, I need to know how to remove the radiator. My biggest problem is the lower radiator hoses. Any help or advise will be appreciated. Thanks Monty

Cut the hoses. You'll be installing new hoses when you reinstall the engine.

You might want to install the lower hoses before you get the radiator bolted in. Use a little silicon lube on the hoses to help them slide onto the lower tubes on the radiator. When I installed the lower hoses on a 1953 Flathead, I found that they were too long and about 3 inches of length had to be cut off to get them to fit properly.
