First of all as a first timer to this forum, I want to say something about the EFV8 bi-monthly: It's awsume! That being said, have a 40 1/2 tn now on the road, but missing rear bumper brackets and bumper. The brackets need a drop for the tailgate to clear bumper. Anybody know where these can be had? Will be "trying" to make 1 41 3/4 ton out of 2. It has a long box that needs replacing, as well as the fenders. Do any of the 1/2 ton body parts fit? If not anyone know of any out there? Thanks for any and all help. Dennis Nichols

Thanks for your reply. I have not been able to locate a station wagon bumper and brackets. Does anyone provide them?

Take a look at Section 33 of the C&G catalog (www.cgfordparts.com). They list a variety of bumpers and brackets. Bumper parts are always pricey. The many styles of bumpers and brackets are shown in the back of the "green book" for cars and trucks '28-'48. Truck rear bumpers can be specially hard to locate, as so many were dealer installed to match the box.
