Please help, I need to get a '29 Lincoln Town Car shipped. I'm not asking about a domestic shipment. For that I use http://www.unitedroutes.com/clicktotalk.php United Routes (866-352-8180) and I am extremely pleased with the service they deliver time and time again. Also their prices are great. Rather I am asking how I can send the car to my son in law in Mexico. United Routes only does domestic. Anyone here know of a company who goes south of the border? Anyone have experiences they can share with shipping a car to/from Mexico? Thanks

Shipping between countries is usually complicaed, to say the least, particularly into Mexico. There are duties, declarations, and inspections to deal with. If you can't find an experienced carrier who is familiar with the requirements, it may be necessary to ship the car to the nearest US port of entry, and have your son arrange to pick up the car there, or have it shipped by a Mexican carrier.

I'm a little late on this one, I just saw your post. Held & Associates in Kansas City handled the shipping of my two cars to Barcelona, Spain a few years ago. I am very pleased with the results. They coordinated all the duties for import, etc.

I Apologize for belated reply. Whenever shipping is concerned, always go for the service providers who are insured and bonded. I found citizenshipper LLC very comprehensive. They ensured me a reliable and affordable transport. All stuff worked well. I highly recommend to use them. ----------- Request car shipping quotes now!

Do auto transport brokers think really believe forum members are stupid enough not see thru their attempts to drum up business by creating a thread asking for ' advice ' and then by by posing as customers of the companies they claim to be ' endorsing ' by posting a reply ?
