I need to get a new floor mat for my '40 Deluxe Coupe. Any recommendations? I see the Dennis Carpenter Benton Gray one for $219.95.

Dennis Carpenter rubber floormats have been the gold standard for many years.

I agree with Alan... Carpenter sells about the best one available.

Does anyone use the "buttons" through the floor mat to hold it to the floor near the transmission cover? If so, where does one get the Benton Gray buttons?

I doubt you will find reproduction gray buttons. Easy enough to paint. And yes, I install buttons in each restoration.
