I bought a set of Red's Headers and dual exhust pipe kit to install on a 35 coupe. This was after the existing owner of RH's worked out and supposedly corrected the fit problems with the exhaust pipes he included with his kit. I have not installed this yet so can't tell you how this whole system will fit together, but I am hoping for the best here.

Nobody makes a fit right on system.Your better off having a local muffler shop bend a set for you. Use stock manifolds (no advantage to headers). Hardest pipe to make is the left head pipe. I had a old one to use for a pattern. The flange must be welded at the correct angle and pipe must clear steering box and battery. BTW I run straight pipes on my 36 coupe (n0 mufflers). Don't ask how I know commercial systems don't fit. ken ct.

Am considering duals for 35 Ford coupe. Would appreciate any recommendations, tips, info regarding headers, mufflers, pipes. Thanks.
