Sometimes you can find ones suitable for use as replacements on eBay. I once had one with a badly faded face, and found a nice one to replace it. Getting the cluster out (and back in) can be a bit challenging, but is not really that bad a job if you don't mind working upside down. Take note of where all the wires go.
