Hey there Central and Midwest Members! I have been asked by the coordinators to let everyone know that the full information on the 2014 National Tour is now available from the main page of the website. Look under National/International Meets on the left column. Day by day information and a fill-in and print registration form is there. If you like Ford History, it sounds like a combination geographical and history lesson for you about the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Plan now, September 7 - 12, starting in Marquette MI and ending in Iron Mountain MI.

We had a great time touring that area and meeting folks last June as part of the Cross CountryTour to Lake Tahoe and back.

Thanks John. I too have been there (more than once too), and there are the private collections, and a museum that I did not know about. Great time in the UP!!!

Good thing the tour is in the begining of September. Back in 2001 (2 weeks after 9/11) the Glidden Tour went to the UP. Based in Mackinaw City, we had a week of rain and temps in the 40's, (Wind chill in the 20's) and 30 MPH winds. We arrived on Saturday in the sunshine and left the following Saturday in the sunshine. It was an interesting tour, but after that we went back to closed cars for northern tours.
