The prefix of 18 would indicate that it is from the years 32-34. The "inservice" replacement is 78-7005, used for 32-39 cars and 39-48 light trucks.

Hi. any one now what year this gear box from? its used on a Ford V8 Flathead 100HP engine from year 50. But now the 2 gear is destroyed.
