can anyone tell me where the rear driveshaft bearing goes on a 36 ford and what it looks like. Also where I can find one. Thanks...

A ‘36 Ford has a hollow driveshaft, without a bearing. The later solid driveshafts have a rubber mounted bearing at the center of the torque tube, having a zerk fitting for lubrication.

Thank you Alan. I thought there was a bearing in the middle. What about the end near the differencial?

Nope. The pinion bearings perform that task for you.
