Anyone have an idea where I might find an electric wiper kit that will fit my '36 Ford Sedan? I would like one for each side. The car is an original 6 volt positive ground. Thank you to all.

HI you might want to see if you can use a JEEP electric wiper motors, like a CJ 5 they are seperate and mounted above the windshield, KAISER FRAZER JEEP PARTS, they are down south, NC, I think hope this helps,37 Ragtopman I would repair the originals or have them repaired, so the car stays original, they might only need a lube if the are stuck, give it a try, nothing to loose

C&G lists a 6V universal electric wiper motor that will fit your 1936 Ford Sedan with some modifications under part no. A-17508-E6. The part is currently out of stock but you can contact them to see when they will become available.

Joe's lists a 6 volt unit for a '36 and it supposedly is in stock. https://www.joesantiqueauto.com/electric-wiper-motor-b-17508-mt-6

Check with a company called Mighty Wiper. I believe they are in Port Townsend , Washington. they sell a variety of wipers for old Fords.

At that price, I keep my vacuum wipers and let up on the gas when I want them to wipe. I also avoid driving in in the rain.
