Heck, I've double questioned myself so many times. Kinda hate it when that happens. Can't sleep until I go back....

Harmonic balancer? I do want to add that there is a cupped washer beneath the bolt. Be certain the convex side faces the bolt when reassembling. That is a Belleville washer and serves to "lock" that bolt in place similar to a split type lock washer.

To remove the center bolt on the crank pulley, turn it counterclockwise. If it is really tight, you may have to use an impact wrench to loosen it.
