  To remove the center bolt on the crank pulley, turn it counterclockwise. If it is really tight, you may have to use an impact wrench to loosen it.

I do want to add that there is a cupped washer beneath the bolt. Be certain the convex side faces the bolt when reassembling. That is a Belleville washer and serves to "lock" that bolt in place similar to a split type lock washer.
