I have a '39 Top Loader mounted to my built 59AB. The '37 Trans that was replaced with the '39 Trans was a ten spline, so I am thinking that they are the same. However, I see that there are three sizes of clutch/pressure plates and I do not know which Clutch Assembly to purchase, due the car being my daily driver, I would much rather buy parts ready to install to avoid having to use Uber for several days waiting for parts.

I'd give Ft. Wayne Clutch a call and ask them. https://fortwayneclutch.com/ 800-258-8243

Your car came with a 9" clutch. If you can see the clutch side of the flywheel, the 9" clutch flywheel should have the clutch in a recess, the 10" flywheel does not have the recess. The 11" flywheel is the same as the 10", the holes are drilled closer to the edge. You probably don't have the 11" clutch as they were mainly for trucks. Any choice would be a guess, so you would be better off planning on some downtime. I would have the pressure plate rebuilt, rather than buying on of the new off shore made assemblies. Check for a local business that can rebuild your pressure plate to reduce the downtime.
