Buy your axle housing sleeves from John Connolly http://www.columbiatwospeedparts.com/

Ive been successful at finding original used axel housings with good wheel bearing races to satisfy my personal needs. I try to buy complete rears at a good price, dismantle them for the parts I need, then sell the remaining parts that are in good condition. This may be more work than some care to do, but it has kept me supplied with all the parts I need when rebuilding these rears for my cars.

The usual suppliers sell bearing races for the rear axles. Unfortunately this is not a simple repair. You must disassemble the rear axle and take the axle housings to an automotive machine shop. They will turn down the ends of the housings and press on the bearing races. This is literally the Achilles heel of our old Fords. Good Luck as this isn't a Saturday afternoon repair.
