1940 Horns, How do you get the rubber gromets that go around the horns where they sit in the brackets on?

Good question. As far as I know, the only way to get them around the horns is to cut them and glue the ends together afterward. Kube will have the definitive answer.

Grab the pin, very close to the bottom with "Vice Grip" type pliers, making they as tight as possible. Then use a screwdriver as a pry bar, pry the vice grips straight up. The pin is serrated and will not turn but it will come straight out.
