You might be better off looking for a different cam with stock journals. Try Little Dearborn in Minneapolis. They may still have a NOS cam. http://www.littledearborn.com/

THANK YOU tom, Cam journal measures 1.687 so it is a 0.010 cam. Big relief to know what the problem is even though it will take new bearings and probably have to pull the crank so oil holes in bearings can be aligned. Thanks again; Evan

I am sorry that it took so long to get a reply to your question. The cam journals should be at least 1.7955. Nominal size is 1.797"

Rebuilt 46 59AB and have almost no oil pressure. Found out that they used 0.010 under cam journals which is probably what I have because cam just fell into place. Of course I discarded old cam bearings but would like to know what the stock journal size is. All new everything inside engine including new long oil pump and pickup. 20psi cold and 10 hot.
