Anyone have good tips for removing ands replacing the trim rings and spider hubcaps without sctratching or dinging them up? A couple of the trim rings already have small dents where someone has used them as the fulcrum for a prybar. Thanks, John

Spider hubcaps are easy with the right tool. I made a slide hammer with a hook for mine. Without it, you'd need to knock it with a long screwdriver from behind the wheel.

I use the metal paint can opening hook to get behind the spider cap's edge and pull it up.

Can the same removal technique be used for the trim ring? How about getting them back on without dents? Sounds good for getting them off. I want to get the fronts off to check and grease the front wheel bearings. Thanks, John
