I recently installed the Drake pumps on my 37 engine. No problems, good fit. I considered having the old pumps rebuilt (one froze up) but opted for the Drakes since 1) this is not a show car and 2) I saved about $70. Kerry

I have had a pair of 36 Drake pumps on my 21 stud motor all summer.....and there have been NO ISSUES. I like the fact they have a sealed bearing, instead of a busking.

Wondering if the Bob Drake reproduction pumps for 35/36 Fords are good quality. I have used the 42-48 pumps from them and was very pleased....but wanted to check on the 35/36 pumps. Anyone have any luck with them? I know they don't have the correct grease fitting ports, but for a good driver are they ok? Has anyone attempted to "cheat" the grease fittings into the housings on them?
