I just purchased a 1948 Super Deluxe Tudor V-8 Sedan [code: 89A-70B] in a dark blue color that a friend thinks may be "Sheridan Blue." The car has had a frame-off restoration and I believe the paint is NOT original but it may be a repaint with an original color. Did the '48 originally come in Sheridan Blue? Thank you, Tom Ezell, new member Waynesville, NC

Here are the colors for '47-'48 Fords - look to the bottom of the webpage: http://autocolorlibrary.com/aclchip.aspx?image=1948-Ford-pg01.jpg

Yahoo! I found it on the chart you sent; it's called Strato Blue and I had heard Strata Blue. Thank you, thank you!
