Does anyone know if a 1936 truck radiator will interchange with a 1936 car? Thanks, zoopie

The truck radiator is wider in order to accommodate the grille sh*ll on pickups, panel deliveries, and larger trucks. A 36 passenger has the radiator squeezed into its' narrow nose, and thus the radiator is also quite slender side-to-side, with a low flat head tank.

Thanks for your expertise, Stroker. I guess I will have to look for a different solution as I can get a nice truck radiator. I need one for my 36 coupe. I wonder if the ones that they sell on Ebay will fit correctly? I guess that more research is needed. zoopie

The '36 car radiator is a one year item that only fits the cars.. All body styles are the same. Be very careful purchasing a radiator online. Your best bet would be to have your radiator re-cored by a local radiator shop.
