If you want your car to be correct, buy the Club's 41-48 book. The V-8 Album shows a photo with 17 accessories for the 41 Ford. The price list has another 6 and there may be more. I don't like to give this type of answer, but your question is so general, I feel that this is the best answer I can give..

Suggestions: Outside rear view mirrors on both sides, for safety's sake. I remember my 41 Tudor was a bear to see out of, both times I owned it. I think there may also be stainless for the lower from corners of your rear fenders. Get all the early V8 catalogs, Drake's, Dennis Carpenter's, Mac's, Early Ford V8 Parts, etc. and go shopping.
1934 Ford's since 1972

If by options you mean accessories you should get a copy of the 41 to 48 Ford Book. It discusses what accessories were available.
