I'm having a devil of a time trying to find a paint code for the Metallic Taupe color paint which was the dash and other interior painted parts of the 1935 Ford Deluxe. It's been kind of a hold up in getting the car ready for the new upholstery. Does anyone have any idea where to get the stuff?

Contact Don Rogers, he may be able to give you a source for the correct color.

You might give a try to TCP Global, 1-858-909-2110 http://www.tcpglobal.com/ Their color code for Taupe Metallic is IM-044. Also another company that makes any color including clear, and put it in aerosol cans if you want to do it yourself and don't have a spray gun, www.automotivetouchup.com . Here are more paint codes http://paintref.com/cgi-bin/colorcodedisplay.cgi?manuf=Ford&year=1935&rows=50
