I need a little help iding an in dash wind-up clock. I was told it was for a 41. It is the right size for the hole in my dash, the face colors match the intruments but the wind-up knob is on the top. Would this be right for my 41 super deluxe. Thanks once again for all your help during this restoration.

There were 2 different wind up clocks for the 41. The early cars had the clock with the knob on the front and the later cars had the clock with the knob on the back. I do not know the change over date, check with the V-8 Club's 41 Adviser, or look in the 41-48 Restoration book. If you have the reproduction dash plastic, you will have to modify it to accept the clock with the knob at the front. Tom
