Dose anyone know the correct color for the body of the radio? I have seen them crinkle black and some that appear to be a deep brown. There appears to be remnants of black paint on mine. Any idea of a source for the cables that run from the dash to the radio body that control volume and station? Thanks for any info. Tom

A black crinkle type finish would be correct. Regarding cables....no one makes a repro that I am aware of. If you have the end hardware, you might be able to make something from a speedometer cable. Keep looking. They show up on ebay from time to time.
