Old Henry is right. I bought the bulbs after reading Henry's original post on this subject and they're definitely the best I've seen.

Maybe you're thinking of these super bright incandescents from Sacramento Vintage Ford. They are the best tail light bulbs I've ever found for my '47. Might work for you. http://www.vintageford.com/part_search.cfm?line=V-8&PartEntry=06143-6sb&Category

A few years back I purchased 1154 50/14 watt tail light bulbs. I thought I got them from C&G. I didn't see them on the web site. Are they still available?
