Richard, That 01A-18762 number is a fitting, not the hose. If you are looking for factory correct hoses, you will have a difficult search ahead of you. On rare occasion you will find the later style return hose offered on eBay. The early style is about non-existent. The proper pressure hose is about non-existent as well. If authenticity does not matter to you then do as Super has suggested. that is, have some hoses made up.

I didn't see those numbers in the green book, so I assume they were probably part of the Fram kit. The later filters,'41 on, used steel lines. If you have the length of the hoses, and the type of end fittings required, many parts places or truck shops make up the hoses to order. That is where we get ours.

Looking for a source to purchase: 1. Inlet Hose 01A-18762 2. Pressure Hose 01A-18669 Also, I had no idea this was an option in 1940. As always, thank you for any assistance. Richard deVarga
