I have '36 repo. temp gauge that never did work; I recall seeing a post that stated there was someone who repairs these gauges. Anyone have the information?

Bob 's Speedometer. They have web site. Not cheap, but very good.

I just got my gauges back from Bob's. See separate thread. They get gauges and instruments from all over the US, as well as outside the US. Bruce said there are 6 shops that do gauge restoration. Definitely not cheap...
