What is correct plug torque for my 49 flathead? Lost it among all my spec materials.

Mac Van Pelt lists 25-30 ft-lbs. I'm assuming you don't have aftermarket aluminum heads. A good rule of thumb though is to always use new gaskets, and torque them enough that you can feel the gasket collapse. Otherwise, the heat path will not conduct properly, and the plug will run hot.
