I received a call today from someone looking for a fuel tank for a 28 Model A. I have not been able to find one in my limited sources. If any one knows where I can find one I would appreciate the info. Thanks, Jeff

I have a 29 tank that is pretty nice (same as a 28 except for date stamp). This fits all but 4 door. Email me.

I don't believe that the Model A gas tank has been reproduced. It also serves as a part of the cowl, and the dashboard, making it a major component. The common leaks are around the shutoff valve and the gauge access, and can be fixed. If you need one, and are offered a good one, take it, as they are very hard to find. The bad tanks usually were left to the elements without a cap, causing rust holes.
