Glad to hear the 2014 event is in Gettysburg. We live by Valley Forge and will plan to attend - it will be our first national EFV8 meet and will plan to enter our '42 Tudor Sedan in the Rouge class.

As long as you are a V-8 Club member you are welcome to go to a meet. If you read the by-laws you don't even need to own a car to belong to the club. Just go and have fun.

If your 46 has a flathead, it can be on the Concourse. It can be in a judged class, touring class or display class. Check the front of your Roster to see what is allowed in the different classes.

I am sure you will be welcome. If you are going to have your car judged, you should consult page 27 of your 2012 Early Ford V-8 Club of America Roster of Members for vehicle classification and judging rules.

Sorry, just found the dates on JMs post, thanks anyway. Let me throw something out to you guys. My 46 woodie has a late model drivetrain, but by looking at the car you would never know it. When I found the car it had no engine, trans or rear, so I didn't desecrate an original car. Am I welcome at the Gettysburg 2014 meet.

I don't know that anyone or RG has stepped forward for a central or western meet for 2014.Some interest has been shown on putting on those two meets, but no one has submitted proposals to the National Board. There will be a National Board meeting on February 12-13 and perhaps we will have some more information at that meeting.
