The parts you have are most likely for the sedans. They are shorter than the ones for a coupe.

Call Kyle at C&G and have him measure the arms.

Super I removed all the paint from the arms and no part numbers. The only thing stamped is on the driver side support. There is a shield with an A stamped in it and slightly to the side a plus sign is stamped. They look exactly like the new supports I bought from C&G part # 11A-7044200/1 except that the arms are 12 1/4" rather that 10" and 11" on the part I am trying to ID

Hard to tell without a photo. Look for a part number stamped on the flat "rods". It is says 91A, they are for 39-40 Ford. 11A fits 41-48 Ford coupe and convertible, and 41-48 Merc sedan and convertible. 99A is for 41-48 Ford sedan, and 39-48 Merc sedan.

I have a pair of trunk lid supports and don't know what year they fit. The rod from the spring to the trunk lid measures 10". The rod to the body from the spring measures 11". I use the word "rod" but they are flat steel. Any idea what these fit?
