Classic Tube in Lancaster New York makes an excellent product. It has been awhile already but in 2001 I was restoring a 1939 Ford and contacted them about brake lines. They had a program for correct bends for a 39 which would be the same for a 1940,all double flared and with correct bends and lengths, fit up perfect. Not original but they offerered me a stainless steel upgrade for $25.00 more and I went that route, the spring guards were included and in proper place and in stainless. The price for all pieces was $150.00 total and a friend of mine recently bought the same in stainless and was not much more than I paid 11 years ago. Very good company to deal with.

Hello, I looking to purchase pre-bent brake lines for a 40 Ford. After market companies like C&G and MACs sell lines that are pre-cut with nuts attached. These lines would need to be bent for your application. I was trying to avoid the additional cost and time to purchase the appropriate fabrication tools to complete the job. Any advice would be of great help.
