The short answer is no if you are talking about the rear fenders. You could modify them to work, but they will not just bolt onto the 38 body. If you are talking about the front fenders that's a different matter. The 38 cowl is very different than the 40 and you would also have to use the 40 hood, grille , etc. It would require lots and lots of work. If you can't find original steel 38 fenders I would consider fiberglass fenders as a temporary fix. Much easier to put on and they would look correct on the car.

HI DOES ANYONE KNOW IF YOU CAN BOLT 40 CPE FENDERS ON A 38 DELUXE CPE.
