I have been lucky enough to locate a fairly nice looking 37 Radio Dial (with V8 frequency pointer) and a radio. Neither of these are in working condition. I would be very grateful if anyone on the forum could guide me towards a radio restorer who could help me bring this radio set back to life.

Thanks for your reply Tom. I am located in New Delhi, India. I would of course have to get the radio back to the US. The NYC area being the easiest for me as I have friends living there who might be able to take the radio back in for me and to a restorer.

The reason that I asked your location, is that there are several people that repair the radios in each state. New York has several, but being from the Midwest, I could not recommend any. Did you check for someone in your country? It may save you the shipping costs and long delay if you can find someone locally.

The radio is currently in NYC and will have to be shipped out to India from NYC or Chicago. Therefore, if anyone knows of good restorers in those cities or thereabout that would be fantastic and help me reduce by shipping charges.
