The radio and clock in my 1947 Super Deluxe Ford do not work and I have not been able to repair them. Can you recommend someone who has the knowledge and experience to accomplish what I have been unable to do. I am located in Santa Monica, Calif. near Los Angeles.

Those clocks are usually spring wound, with the winding done by a "kicker". Try cleaning the contact points in the clock. Also check the fine wires to the kicker coil to be sure they are intact. We use Bob's Speedometer if more repair is needed. Just be sure the little fuse in the wire to the clock is OK. As for the radio, if you have the Wonderbar type, they are tough to fix. I had mine converted to AM-FM. It looks the same, but is much improved.
