Please advise as to what brand(s) of motor oil that I can/should now be using in my '51 Lincoln Cosmopolitan engine. Located in Ontario, so it must be available in this area.

I use Castrol and would assume it's available in your area.

Any major brand of oil should give you good service in your Lincoln. I use Castrol 20w-50, now but have used Pennzoil 20w-50 in the past.

There is more nonsense about motor oil than just about anything else I can think of. Any good brand of multi-viscosity oil will do. Walmart sells several brands. Take your pick. Castrol and Pennzoil 20w-50 sound good to me. Richard

I recommend Valvoline 20-50 VR1. It is the racing oil and it sells everywhere. It has high zinc in the oil which is better for flat tappet engines.
