Hi--- Thanks for replying,---what I meant was a visible view of the of the water and oil passage-ways in the v8 Flathead block similar to a visible view of the blood vessels and viens in the Human being. And Is there any way of telling if a block is cracked inside with todays modern technologies,---if so,-----is there any way to fix it without replacing it????--- THANKS ALL--- "Cresty"

Which lines are you talking about? The water is supplied to the block with the hoses, the oil routing is internal except for the filter.
