Hi, Working on a 1935 locking hubcap but have questions that are germane to most years. 1. What brand & color of Blue (in a spray can) would be good for filling in the letters on the oval? 2. Any suggestions for filling in the letters with paint? 3. How does the lock cylinder come apart after removal from the locking hub cap? Thanks for any suggestions.

Testors model paint is a ideal paint, check these out, you can use a tiny brush and let the paint flow out. have not taken any of those locks apart in while, hope this helps 37RAGTOPMAN
