Hi guys, I am trying to locate some side mirrors for my 33 Cabriolet. I have seen photos of other restored cabriolets with side mirors that look similar to the side mirrors on a 36 roadster (bolted to the door hinges) and I am wondering if these mirrors are genuine 33/34 cabriolet side mirrors. From photos I have seen the mirrors look to be attached at the cowl lights, I could be wrong as I cant get closeup shots of the mirrors. Any help would be much appreciated.

I looked at the mirrors on a friend's '34 cabriolet about two hours ago. They are indeed mounted under the cowl lamps and have an arc similar to some hinge mounted mirrors. The mirror arms are more delicate than the hinge mounted mirrors on my '41 Sedan Delivery. My friend was working out a way to extend the mirror slightly toward the rear of the car (longer stalk on mirror itself) for better visibility.

I hope someone can direct us to a source of this cowl lamp mount mirror, I'd love to have one on my '34.

These cowl lamp mirrors are not authenic Ford authorized parts. I think Drake used to make them.
