hi if you have a 8 sided screw with a recess., you might be able to use a 4 sided square drive in the recess measure it , it might be 1/4 inch, then use a 1/4 inch drive breaker bar with a extension, you will have to push it in, and turn at the same time, make sure you soak it with a rust buster,first it mighr be a special FORD TOOL, a 8 SIDED ALLEN WRENCH,, hope this helps 37Ragtopman, Maine

my striker plate has an unusual bolt to remove the striker plate, best described as having the recessed portion in a figure 8 pattern, any idea about any tools i should know about on this?
