Check with Drake as he carried a kit that covered 35-40 with the rear sway bar and tube shock kit.

Answer - You probably can't. The rear tracking bar or sway bar did was not installed on cars by Ford until 1942 and then it was only station wagons. Tracking bars were not installed on all cars until 1946. Now in 1941 the chassis of all cars was widened by an inch or so. So will a later model rear tracking bar fit on your narrower chassis?
