Gentlemen, I’ve had with the Drake style locking caps which I inherited with my ‘36 Phaeton and ‘38 Station Wagon; would greatly appreciated being pointed (or led by the nose) to either OEM or good reproduction replacements without the annoying lock. Thank you !!!

Check with the vendors who advertise in the V-8 Times or on this site for a cap. they shuld have the correct vented cap. Napa Auto Parts also has a cap that will work but it is not quite correct.
