Hi. I just purchased a 1934 Ford Cabriolet. Noticed that the fuel gauge is not working. Wondering if anyone had recommendations how to repair it? Any help would be appreciated.

Suggest you determine what is wrong since the tubing going to the fuel tank or the hydro-static sending unit in the gas tan could be the problem. In order for the system to work a very slight pressure is developed in the sending unit and sent by the small tubing to the rear of the gauge displacing the red fluid inside the hex tube on the rear of the guage to the glass tube on the front. Most problems are with the tube being broken , cracked, cut, or not connected. The gauge small tube from the sight glass to the hex tube can be blocked. There can be cracks develop in the fittings on the sending unit. Don't assume it is a gauge problem.
