Nails around the rear window frame work to the body are typically galvanized brads, the wood is not that hard.

Hardwood trim nails are available at any decent hardware store. Around here, they are typically MAZE brand. They are very dark blue, nearly black. They are available in all sorts of sizes. It's usually wise to drill a hole through the wood at a smaller diameter than the nail itself. This will help avoid any splitting.
