I was wondering if someone has figured out a formula for Tacoma cream pinstripe paint using one shot colors. Or do you have success with a single stage paint? I have good success with One Shot . When you get down to the pin stripe you get one chance and don't want to screw it up. Thanks in advance for any advice from someone that's got it figured out. MY Grandfather told me as a boy learning for someone elses mistakes is better than learning from your mistakes!

Of the currently-available One Shot colors, #116L, ivory, appears to be the closest match to Tacoma cream.

I use the following paint code for all 1940-47 Ford trucks that have tacoma cream stripe and grille bars on the 42-47 trucks. It matches perfectly to the original, and I have this code mixed in PPG DCC Concept single stage urethane paint. [Chrysler Brand Code 27484 Riverside Tan]
